About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company building the next generation of

AI-native creative tools used by millions of users globally.

The company is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the end-to-end user growth

journey — from how new users discover the product and reach their first meaningful experience, through activation, monetization, and long-term retention.

This is a highly visible role working directly with the founders and closely with engineering,

marketing, and lifecycle teams. The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with

rigorous experimentation and a highly quantitative approach to growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own onboarding and activation. Diagnose where different acquisition cohorts drop off and design onboarding experiences that improve time-to-value and activation.

  • Drive channel-level conversion. Partner with marketing across paid acquisition, organic traffic, SEO, partnerships, and viral loops to improve conversion efficiency.

  • Own free-to-paid conversion. Optimize paywalls, pricing, packaging, upsell flows, and other monetization levers.

  • Build a rigorous experimentation engine. Establish a consistent cadence of well-designed experiments with clear hypotheses, appropriate sample sizing, and reliable readouts.

  • Drive retention and lifecycle growth. Improve engagement and resurrection through email, push, in-product messaging, and other lifecycle programs.

  • Support new product and market launches. Own growth instrumentation, funnel design, experimentation, and reporting for major launches and international expansion.

  • Work with a high degree of autonomy and move quickly from insight to execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Growth Product Management experience in a consumer or prosumer product-led growth environment.

  • Demonstrated impact on metrics such as activation, conversion, free-to-paid conversion, retention, and monetization.

  • Deep experience optimizing onboarding and user funnels, ideally across different acquisition sources.

  • Strong experimentation background, including A/B testing, sample sizing, holdouts, and interpreting noisy results.

  • Highly quantitative and comfortable working directly with data, including SQL and/or product analytics platforms.

  • Experience with growth tooling such as Amplitude or similar analytics platforms, Stripe, GA4, attribution tools, and lifecycle platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.

  • Strong product judgment and ability to identify high-leverage opportunities from a combination of quantitative data and user insights.

  • Comfortable working with distributed engineering teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

  • AI-native working style and comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day product work.

Nice to Have

  • Consumer AI or generative AI product experience.

  • Creative tools, design software, or creator platform experience.

  • Subscription pricing and packaging experience.

  • International growth and localization experience, particularly across APAC, LATAM, or Europe.

  • SEO or programmatic SEO experience.

  • Experience as an early or first Growth PM who helped establish the growth function.
