Own growth strategy and execution for Phoenix across target user types (traders, market makers, integrators) and channels Deploy capital into scalable, sustainable, and measurable growth strategies, including marketing and incentives Raise the bar for operational rigor throughout the GTM organization Qualifications Required Demonstrated rigor in written and verbal communication Ability and desire to pick up context in a deeply technical domain where details matter Strong work ethic and high agency Bias toward reasoning from first principles Hands-on experience in a go-to-market function Preferred Experience in systematic trading, exchanges, and crypto Experience managing and measuring user acquisition and marketing budgets Familiarity with perpetual futures, derivatives, and on-chain trading

Required

Demonstrated rigor in written and verbal communication
