Diabolocom is looking for a Technical Project Manager to help coordinate delivery across our Infrastructure team and work closely with the Head of Infrastructure, CTO and other technical teams.
You will help bring structure and visibility to a growing portfolio of technical projects and initiatives: planning workload across Infrastructure teams, breaking down and tracking epics and tasks, managing dependencies, moderating and facilitating meetings, following up on actions, and making sure risks and delivery issues are escalated early.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organizing technical delivery, building processes and making sure things move forward. The role
Our Infrastructure team is a team of around 15 people (growing to 20+), maintaining all the perimeters of the company, working across multiple technical projects, customer deliveries and internal initiatives.
As the team and project portfolio have grown, we need a dedicated person to help structure the workload, consolidate delivery information and consistently keep track of dependencies, commitments and progress across the team.
You will work closely with the Head of Infrastructure, CTO, Team Leads and other technical teams, helping establish the processes, reporting and visibility needed to manage delivery effectively.
The role combines technical project coordination, workload planning, delivery tracking, documentation and process improvement.
Workload planning and delivery tracking
You will:
-
help plan and coordinate workload across Infrastructure teams
-
break down EPICs into trackable tasks and help ensure clear ownership and follow-up
-
track progress across ongoing projects and initiatives
-
maintain visibility on priorities, deadlines, dependencies and commitments
-
coordinate dependencies across teams and clarify ownership
-
identify and escalate risks, blockers and delivery gaps early
-
follow up on actions and make sure important work does not fall through the cracks
-
provide clear visibility on delivery status and progress to stakeholders
-
help improving processes around delivery and request flows to ensure their efficiency
-
moderate and facilitate regular relevant meetings, making outcomes of them clear and trackable, properly plan next actions and track them to ensure efficient delivery
-
maintain documentation supporting the outlined perimeter of the role
You will help the technical leadership understand what is being worked on, what is coming next, where capacity is being used, what is blocked and where additional attention is needed.
Reporting, metrics and delivery visibility
You will own and maintain the operational reporting needed to understand the efficiency and quality of delivery.
This includes:
-
preparing regular delivery reports and status updates
-
maintaining relevant delivery metrics and indicators
-
consolidating information across projects and teams
-
highlighting risks, delays, dependencies and areas requiring attention to stakeholders
-
helping the Head of Infrastructure, CTO and technical leads make decisions based on clear and structured information
You will continuously improve how this information is collected, structured and presented.
Meetings and operational coordination
You will help make technical meetings more structured and effective.
You will:
-
prepare agendas and collect the relevant information before meetings
-
act as the operational coordinator during technical syncs
-
take structured notes and capture decisions, actions and ownership
-
turn meeting discussions into clear tasks and follow-ups
-
bring unresolved topics and actions into future agendas
-
make sure decisions and commitments are tracked and followed up after the meeting
-
facilitate discussions when needed and keep the focus on progress, blockers and next steps
-
help planning team capacity, making sure commitments and planned work are objectively deliverable
Technical documentation
You will also contribute to keeping technical information structured and accessible.
Depending on the project, this may include documentation:
-
for other internal technical teams
-
around projects, processes, decisions and delivery status
-
potentially for customers and external stakeholders where it facilitates objectives of the position
You do not need to be the person designing the technical solution, but you should be comfortable understanding technical discussions well enough to document them accurately and turn them into clear, actionable information.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a technical background who enjoys working close to infrastructure and engineering teams and is interested in the operational side of technical delivery.
You may come from a software, infrastructure, IT or engineering environment and have moved into project coordination, technical project management, delivery or operations.
Your exact title matters less than your ability to understand how technical teams work and keep multiple workstreams moving.
We expect
-
previous experience working in a technical, engineering, infrastructure or IT environment
-
experience coordinating technical projects, initiatives or deliveries
-
experience planning and tracking work across multiple teams and workstreams
-
understanding of EPICs, tasks, dependencies, priorities and delivery planning
-
experience tracking deadlines, ownership, actions and commitments
-
ability to identify and escalate risks, blockers and dependencies as early as possible
-
strong organizational, tracking and follow-up skills
-
experience building or improving project tracking, reporting or delivery processes
-
ability to prepare clear and structured reports, metrics and status updates
-
strong written communication and technical documentation skills
-
confidence communicating with technical teams and senior stakeholders
-
professional fluency in English. French is a plus
Experience with project management methods, process improvement or project management training is a plus.
Why Diabolocom
Diabolocom is building one of Europe’s most advanced AI-native CCaaS platforms, powering business-critical customer interactions for 400+ enterprise and mid-market customers across 60+ countries.
We combine a mature global CCaaS platform with a rapidly growing AI Product Suite, backed by our internal AI Research Lab and proprietary AI innovation.
Our ambition goes beyond adding AI features to an existing product. We are building toward a platform capable of orchestrating AI and human agents, business workflows and communication channels, with CCaaS as the base execution layer.
For Engineering, this means working on the technical and operational challenges of an established enterprise product, from real-time communications and distributed systems to complex integrations, while contributing to its next generation infrastructure build.
With teams across Europe, the US, Brazil and the UAE, and an engineering organization of more than 150 people, this role offers the opportunity to work on engineering delivery behind a global product used for critical customer operations.
Why this role
This is a hands-on role with a broad view across the Infrastructure team and its projects.
You will work closely with the Head of Infrastructure, CTO, Team Leads and other technical teams, helping create the visibility and structure needed to keep delivery moving efficiently.
You will have a high level of autonomy. Rather than simply following an established reporting process, you will be expected to build and improve the way the team plans and tracks workload, manages dependencies, reports progress and runs its operational coordination.
This is an opportunity to become the person who has a reliable pulse on what is happening across the whole team.
