Senior Product Manager, Community & Campaigns
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the part of CreatorIQ where the work actually happens. Community is the creator CRM: the roster, the relationships, the lifecycle, the content those creators produce. Campaigns is where a program gets planned, briefed, staffed, executed, and measured. Together they’re the operational core of the platform, used daily by leading global brands and agencies.
If you have the taste to tell when an agent-driven workflow actually removes work, versus when it just adds a chat box in front of the same twelve clicks, you’ll fit right in. You’ll work with a dedicated engineering squad and design partner, reporting to the Director of Product, Workflows. We’re growing fast, building in an evolving AI and agentic landscape, and working with teams around the world who care about doing great work without the ego.
In this role, you'll get to:
Own Community and Campaigns end to end: the creator CRM, campaign setup and briefs, creator and content management, and the workflows that connect them. This is a large, heavily used product surface with product market fit.
Lead the agentic rebuild of the campaign product: a new campaign and requirements model, structured briefs, and outcome-based campaigns where a marketer states the goal and the system does the assembly.
Own the Community CRM experience: lifecycle stages, onboarding progress, ownership, last contact, next action, and connect that relationship view to what creators are actually posting, so a user can answer “who’s performing, what did they post, and what do I do with them next” from one place.
Exercise real product taste on AI output. Know when an agent’s plan, brief, or recommendation is something a marketer would act on, versus when it’s plausible-looking filler that erodes trust the moment someone checks it, and have the backbone to cut scope accordingly.
Turn the customer feedback database into decisions. Hundreds of Community and Campaigns asks come in from CSMs and account teams with ARR attached. You’ll separate the symptom from the underlying problem and tell the difference between a request worth building and a request worth reframing.
Run discovery with creator marketing managers, community and program managers, and agency teams, and pair that with product analytics to know what people actually do, not just what they ask for.
Look beyond the backlog. Spot opportunities, challenge assumptions, and help shape where the product goes next.
Who you are and what you'll need for this position:
You’ve spent 5+ years in product management (or equivalent technical product ownership) in B2B SaaS, including time owning a complex, workflow-heavy surface. Titles matter less than the work.
You have a builder’s mindset. You prototype. You’d rather put a rough working thing in front of someone this week than write a document about it for three, and you use AI tools to build that thing yourself.
You have genuinely good product taste for AI output. You can look at an agent’s plan, a generated brief, or a prototype, tell whether it’s good, and articulate why. You’re comfortable with how modern AI features work in practice: prompting, context, tool use, evaluation, confidence, human-in-the-loop review, and where an agent should and shouldn’t be allowed to act alone.
You think critically and independently. You don’t take a model’s output, a stakeholder’s request, or a roadmap item at face value without asking whether it solves the problem for the customer.
You’re technical enough to hold your own on data model and API conversations (schemas, CRUDL, bulk operations, permissions, third-party integrations) and to recognize when a “small” request is touching something big.
You can map workflows fast, write clear requirements, and explain your thinking without needing a meeting to do it. You bring a proposal rather than a list of questions, and you disagree with engineers and designers early and in writing rather than letting it surface in a retro.
You care about solving real user problems, like a community manager running a 2,000-creator program without living in spreadsheets, not about shipping features for their own sake.
You’re curious, low-ego, and allergic to “that’s not my job.”
Comfortable working with distributed teams across Poland, the UK, the US. Most work is async and flexible, but occasionally we’ll ask for a later call.
Nice to have
Experience with influencer marketing, creator workflows, or martech.
Experience shipping CRM, relationship management, or lifecycle/pipeline products.
Experience with project or campaign management tooling: briefs, requirements, approvals, deliverable tracking, budgets.
Familiarity with MCP, agentic tool design, or building customer-facing APIs intended for machine consumption.
