We’re looking for a Product Lead to help bring Beam’s AI to millions of frontline workers across the UK, US, Europe and Australia. Product Leads at Beam have greater responsibility of new, strategic products we want to scope and launch. They can also take established and rapidly growing products from thousands to millions of users. You’ll report to Seb, our co-founder, and work closely with engineers and designers to build AI products that solve real operational problems in sectors like employment, housing and social care. This is a hands-on product role for someone who loves building. You will:Ship quickly and iterate constantly - You’re comfortable operating in fast cycles of discovery and delivery. Rather than spending weeks scoping and writing lengthy specs, you prefer building, testing and learning with real users. Obsess over product craft - You care deeply about the details that make products exceptional - speed, reliability, UX clarity, and how tools actually fit into real workflows. Work directly with users - You’ll spend time travelling to offices to watch practitioners use the product - understanding how their work actually happens so we can build AI tools that genuinely help. Use AI to solve real problems - You’ll work closely with engineers to turn the latest model capabilities into practical, high-impact features that reduce admin and unlock better services. Set ambitious goals - You define clear outcomes and hold yourself - and your team - accountable for delivering them. Help shape what Beam builds next - You’ll influence product strategy based on what you learn from users, partners and the market. We’re looking for a Product Lead who:Is relentlessly curious & adaptable: You have an innate appetite to immerse yourself in complex domains (public sector/social care), ask deep context-seeking questions, and synthesize feedback quickly. Has a high-growth, product-first background: You have cut your teeth in fast-paced, early-stage startups or scaleups. You know how to navigate scale, operate with extreme speed, and hold a very high bar for product craft. Communicates concisely with data: You are a high-energy, inspiring speaker who aligns and motivates teams using compelling presentations and data-driven storytelling. Can be pragmatic with metrics: You know how to define success and build metrics loops from scratch, even in early-stage products with small user bases where A/B testing isn't an option. Focuses on measurable outcomes: You take pride in shipping high-quality products with measurable results for frontline workers and sweating the details that make them truly useful. Can balance structured thinking with speedy execution: You systematically break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, but move quickly from problem definition to prioritized, actionable execution.
