7+ years of professional experience, including a senior operational role at a high-growth VC-backed tech company with P&L ownership; prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., BCG, Bain, McKinsey) or a bulge bracket investment bank is strongly preferred
Deep understanding of the Mexican market and consumer behavior is a must
Structured problem-solving: you break down ambiguous challenges into clear frameworks, move fast, and communicate findings with precision
Ability to coordinate external partners: media, celebrities, influencers, or affiliates, and manage multiple relationships simultaneously
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership, and can lead projects end to end without hand-holding
Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Proficiency in English and Spanish
