About ArketaArketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. Studio owners run their whole business on Arketa, from bookings and payments to payroll and marketing. Internally, we run the company on AI agents connected to every system we use, so a lean team moves like a much bigger one. We're writing the playbook for how a modern company operates, and bringing that same AI to the studios we serve. We're growing fast. We're also one of the most AI-forward teams you'll find: ideas go from whiteboard to live in days, not quarters. About the role

This role is for someone who wants to build one of the most in-demand skills in business: running AI agents on real sales and marketing problems. You'll see how a fast-growing tech company works from the inside, ship things the team uses every day, and leave each project with proof of what you built. It's a fast way into tech, with paths into sales, marketing, product, or operations, and a skill set that compounds. We have a lot of high-impact go-to-market projects. They need someone deeply analytical who moves fast, thinks creatively, and has real hustle. You'll work directly with our CEO, picking up whatever matters most to sales and marketing that month. The honest version: this job is about 10% strategy and 90% execution. You'll be an agent orchestrator. You'll set up the data and infrastructure, build the skills and agents that do the work, and wire up automations so things run without you. What that looks like in practice. Say we want to know what separates a demo that closes from one that doesn't, and coach every rep toward it. You would: Connect call recordings and demo notes to HubSpot, define the fields that matter (pain points, objections, next steps), and make sure every demo is captured cleanly. Build a skill that scores each demo against what our best reps do, then an agent that runs it on every new call and surfaces patterns by rep, segment, and deal stage. Set up an automation that pings the sales manager when a rep's demo quality drops below a threshold, with the calls and coaching points attached. Then you track whether close rates move, tune the system, and hand it off to run on its own. Then you do it again for the next problem. What you'll work on To start, everything is go-to-market. The agents you build could live in sales or marketing. Some of the questions you might own: How do we rotate ad creative faster, at higher quality, and learn which concepts work? How do we ramp new sellers faster? What separates a demo that closes from one that doesn't, and how do we coach to it? Which marketing channels drive pipeline that actually closes? You'll get a defined first project on day one. Over time, you'll take on a set of weekly responsibilities and own them end to end. What success looks like 30 days: Learn our sales and marketing motion, sit in on demos, and ship your first working automation. 60 days: Own a full project, from data setup to a live agent the team relies on. 90 days: Show measurable movement on a GTM metric, and run several projects with little direction. What we're looking for 1 to 3 years at a top consulting, private equity, or banking firm Sharp, structured thinking: you break a messy problem into parts and get to a defensible answer fast A builder's instinct: you've shipped things yourself, not just written the deck Daily use of AI tools, with your own view on what works Clear, direct communication, and you take feedback well Ability to work from our NoHo office 3 days a week Bonus: exposure to sales or marketing, hands-on experience with automation tools or a CRM like HubSpot, and an interest in fitness, wellness, or small businesses. You should apply if You want to be at the top of your game and learn faster than anywhere else You'd rather build the thing than advise on it You want to master running AI agents on real business problems You may not want to apply if You want a fixed title and function from day one You prefer polishing recommendations over executing them You want a slower pace or a later-stage company What you'll get A rare skill. Learn to run multiple AI agents at once, on problems with real revenue behind them. Direct access. Work side by side with our CEO and see how a fast-growing company makes decisions. A path. Strong performers can grow into a functional lead role in sales, marketing, product, or operations. The basics, done well. Competitive salary and stock options, medical, dental and vision insurance, unlimited PTO, parental leave, fitness class reimbursement, and free lunches and snacks at our NoHo office. The estimated annual base salary for this role is $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Arketa is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

About Arketa

Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness.

You would:

  1. Connect call recordings and demo notes to HubSpot, define the fields that matter (pain points, objections, next steps), and make sure every demo is captured cleanly.

  2. Build a skill that scores each demo against what our best reps do, then an agent that runs it on every new call and surfaces patterns by rep, segment, and deal stage.

  3. Set up an automation that pings the sales manager when a rep's demo quality drops below a threshold, with the calls and coaching points attached.

Then you track whether close rates move, tune the system, and hand it off to run on its own. Then you do it again for the next problem.

What you'll work on

To start, everything is go-to-market. The agents you build could live in sales or marketing. Some of the questions you might own:

  • How do we rotate ad creative faster, at higher quality, and learn which concepts work?

  • How do we ramp new sellers faster?

  • What separates a demo that closes from one that doesn't, and how do we coach to it?

  • Which marketing channels drive pipeline that actually closes?

You'll get a defined first project on day one. Over time, you'll take on a set of weekly responsibilities and own them end to end.

What success looks like

  • 30 days: Learn our sales and marketing motion, sit in on demos, and ship your first working automation.

  • 60 days: Own a full project, from data setup to a live agent the team relies on.

  • 90 days: Show measurable movement on a GTM metric, and run several projects with little direction.

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 3 years at a top consulting, private equity, or banking firm

  • Sharp, structured thinking: you break a messy problem into parts and get to a defensible answer fast

  • A builder's instinct: you've shipped things yourself, not just written the deck

  • Daily use of AI tools, with your own view on what works

  • Clear, direct communication, and you take feedback well

  • Ability to work from our NoHo office 3 days a week

Bonus: exposure to sales or marketing, hands-on experience with automation tools or a CRM like HubSpot, and an interest in fitness, wellness, or small businesses.

You should apply if

  • You want to be at the top of your game and learn faster than anywhere else

  • You'd rather build the thing than advise on it

  • You want to master running AI agents on real business problems

You may not want to apply if

  • You want a fixed title and function from day one

  • You prefer polishing recommendations over executing them

  • You want a slower pace or a later-stage company

What you'll get

  • A rare skill. Learn to run multiple AI agents at once, on problems with real revenue behind them.

  • Direct access. Work side by side with our CEO and see how a fast-growing company makes decisions.

  • A path. Strong performers can grow into a functional lead role in sales, marketing, product, or operations.

  • The basics, done well. Competitive salary and stock options, medical, dental and vision insurance, unlimited PTO, parental leave, fitness class reimbursement, and free lunches and snacks at our NoHo office.

The estimated annual base salary for this role is $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, plus equity.
