This is a pivotal moment for Amenitiz as we scale, and the way we plan, decide and execute needs to scale with us. Your mission Partner with the CEO and the Leadership Team to shape Amenitiz's priorities and act as a sounding board on the company's most important decisions. Run the Leadership Team rituals, from Weekly Business Reviews to monthly and quarterly offsites: set the agenda, gather inputs, define follow-up actions, and make sure decisions are followed through across teams. Prepare Board meetings (pre-reads, agenda, materials and follow-ups) and own regular investor updates. Own the OKR process: turn strategy into company and team objectives with the Leadership Team, map cross-team dependencies, track progress, and escalate what teams can't resolve. Own the company's operating system: run the weekly All-Hands, keep communication consistent across channels, and fix the processes, handoffs and decision rights that slow execution. Lead 1–2 strategic, cross-functional projects end to end, from early due diligence on new ideas to delivery against KPIs agreed with the CEO. Own business performance reporting to the Leadership Team, the Board and investors. When a metric moves, find out why, size the impact, and bring a recommendation. About you 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, or in strategy, operations or leadership roles at a scaling software company, ideally B2B SaaS. Strong analytical skills and business acumen: comfortable with data and financial models, and able to weigh trade-offs to identify which initiatives will really move the needle. Proven ability to influence without authority, negotiate effectively, and mediate between senior stakeholders. Fast, well-organised executor who turns big ideas into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones and priorities, and delivers on time. Excellent communicator, able to build compelling presentations and concise reports for audiences from individual teams to the Board.
