Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with estimating software—Bloom & Beam OST is highly preferred, but equivalent takeoff platforms are accepted. Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural plans, evaluate labor dynamics, and handle multi-million-dollar bids. Communication & Alignment: Exceptional, fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for accurate internal collaboration and vendor outreach. Schedule: Full-time availability strictly matching U.S. Central Time (CT) operations. Market Exposure: Prior experience with hurricane-resilient building systems or projects in the Gulf Coast, Caribbean, or Puerto Rico markets is a massive plus.
