Role Overview

Gradient Specialist Program is our differentiator training program that focuses on preparing recent graduates for their careers in technology consulting. Learning from our very own Google Cloud Certified experts, we nurture your talent and accelerate your learning through structured training, hands-on building, and mentorship. 

As an Associate Delivery Consultant, Gradient Specialist on the Delivery Management track, you will learn to orchestrate delivery across cross-functional engineering teams. You will work closely with senior delivery leaders and technical teams to support agile ceremonies, document enterprise requirements, track project scope and health, and ensure innovative AI and cloud solutions are delivered successfully to our clients.

Responsibilities 

A Gradient Specialist’s responsibilities and duties are as follows:

• Complete the 12-week Gradient Development Program curriculum, earning required certifications (e.g., PSM/CSM, Google Cloud Digital Leader) and leading delivery for a multi-disciplinary mock client capstone project.
• Facilitate core agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and coordinate day-to-day workstreams across cloud, data, and AI engineering teams.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and technical teams to gather business requirements, document scope, and track deliverables against Statement of Work (SOW) milestones and maintain project health.

Qualifications 

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Consulting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Project Management, or a related field by Spring 2027.
• Demonstrated project coordination, scrum mastering, or team leadership experience gained through corporate internships, formal academic capstone projects, case competitions, or student leadership positions.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to use analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Ability to commit to our Gradient Specialist Program based in our Downtown Chicago office and the career that follows including willingness to travel to client sites (<25%). 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary packages are based on function, candidate skill set, education, and relevant experience. 

US Base Salary Range$70,000—$75,000 USD
